The staff there is very friendly and kind, they go out of their way to make things as easy and consistent as possible, there are also many small things they do which make it fun to work there.

The pay is no competitive

The people that work for Forage genetics were for the most part exceptional to work with. Salaries were decent and annual bonuses were always nice.

The Company was suscessful and growing. The personal in charge may not have had the proper experience to run such a large company. While I was there the company was undergoing growing pains while they figured out how to grow and distribute work without overloading personal.
