Poor Management - Anonymous employee Force IT Employee Review

Management doesn't know what they're doing and often impose silly "do as I say, not as I do" rules. They want the benefits of being a small company which means they don't need to pay employees well, but still want to rule with an iron fist. Workplace is stressful and education does not exist. No career progression. Pay is far below standard.
