Great colleagues, outdated policies - Project Manager Ford Audio-Video Systems Employee Review

PTO package is lacking for newer employees, unhealthy work/life balance expectations. Inflexible company policies for WFH options or hours at the office. Employees are regularly asked to work long days and weekends without any returned flexibility or benefits to the employee. Profit share/commission bonus is very low compared to previous employers even on larger projects. Continuing education is expected but not supported within working hours, employees asked to use PTO hours for majority of job required certifications.
