Good benefits after 5 years. Good coworkers. Nice owners (if you ever see them). Strong training programs. Good place to advance education and leave.
Cons
Low pay. High expectations. Micromanagement. Poor project execution. No room for advancement. Distrustful management. Odd per diem policy. Old computers and weird, inhouse developed software program you work in. Inefficient processes that they refuse to address or improve.
