      Great vacation as you're able to buy up to 2 weeks of vacation

      Cons

      Very hard to move up. You see the same people being constantly promoted. They move who they want to move. Not the best benefits. Low salary. You're stuck as salary grade 5. Higher managers are not really here to support you moving up.
