Not a good company - Transport Scheduler Ford Fuels Employee Review

- friendly staff in the depot I work in - good overtime pay - feel you can go to managers if you need to speak to someone

- not many benefits including sick pay - not able to have holiday some parts of the year due to nature of the job - feel like we are understaffed in some areas - staff in other depots not so friendly and don’t have much understanding

Good pension Scheme and family run company

Poor management and lack of support. No progression and money isnt worth the hassle from customers abuse
