Founding team members are absolute rock stars and very smart. Company has been in business for 17 plus years. You will never hear this from the current management team.
Cons
Where does one start. Well we can start at the top. CEO behaves like he is 21 years old and thinks he is some sort of rock star. He is not. Failed at last two executive positions. Rest of management team is a mix of really good and really bad. Majority fall on the really bad side. Field Sales Management is a joke. The most I could every gather on their expectations was to spend the hell out of the companies money on partying and fictitious QBR's. Never really seen anything like this place in my life. Super disorganized and the talent level in Sales leadership is at best B team level. If you need a gig to pay your bills then this is your spot. Need a sales career look elsewhere.
