Pros
They try for a family feel, remote work allowed, laid back office environment, employees seem like large friend group. Good base pay. Friendly employees.
Cons
Their mentality is win a contract for work, hire employees for said contract, and fire them when contract expires, repeat. Most these people have worked together for 10 years or so at various companies trying the same thing and failing. Very few opportunities for advancement, and friends chosen over hard workers. Although they try for a family feel, you will get kicked to the curb when their contract expires. No long term goals were ever met. Lots of promises, few of them were met. Money is spent in the wrong places. Office/work environment is too laid back, not enough oversight/management. Software advancement and training drastically needed.
