The company offers great products and services, and the technology is excellent. The company is starting to handle more enterprise customers without many issues since the processes are enterprise-class. In my opinion, the prior negative reviews are likely related to individuals affected by workforce reductions due to the economic slowdown.
Cons
The company could have handled the workforce reductions in 2022-2023 better, but such tasks are never really easy. The company should focus on hiring new talent at the executive level to avoid outdated ideas that do not align with innovative AI solutions and will slow us down more.
