Pros
The team are genuinely so lovely, very supportive and will always keep in touch to check up on you. Work ethic is great and everyone shows great passion for the company to progress. - Staff Uniform allowance is great -Holiday Allowance is great
Cons
The team in the Australian Head Office will not listen to feedback from Managers at all, they always seemed delusional into thinking what the UK customer wants and gave the stores the wrong type of product and then would blame it on the teams if money was low in the store.
