Pros

Big salary if you're Russian or expat and work in their Montenegro office (salary negotiated net. Company uses local shell companies to avoid taxes). Safe and quiet city (Podgorica, Montenegro). Working hours are generally ok.

Cons

Very low job security due to Russian owners acting randomly and senior management not being competent enough to do their job. People promoted based on favors and 'who knows who', leading to incompetent managers in high positions and low staff morale. Highly immoral field of work (90% of customers lose all their money). High staff turnover. Very low long term career prospects. Zero people management skills (constant hiring and firing). Low long term success prospects for the company due to Forex market being clamped down on. Boring place to live and work (Montenegro. Pretty but small and nothing to do!)

Pros

I am in complete control of my work schedule and location, with the comfort of my own home being the ultimate office space. As the boss of my own trade, I establish my own objectives and take advantage of the most exceptional benefits package available. The camaraderie of fellow FX traders is a constant source of pleasure and satisfaction.

Cons

There are no downsides to being an independent FX Trader. However, I occasionally make foolish trades, which serve as valuable learning experiences. I have no desire to return to the chaos of a corporate office or deal with narcissistic bosses who insist on micromanaging every aspect of my work.

Pros

Not too many aside that they are located on Wall st. Small company is an advantage since you could work with CEO directly.

Cons

Increase pay for some seasoned workers. Increase 401k. Recruite at colleges instead of people from previous companies - there is a reason why it did not work out for them in previous 3 companies in the same industry.
