Pros

I joined Form3 around 3 months ago and have waited to write this review as I wanted it to be as realistic as possible. Some observations: - Overall à very positive place to work . - Everyone is friendly, supportive and collaborative. You’d never get turned down by a colleague if you need help. - You’d be valued and cherished. - Direct access to management where needed and they always have their doors opens - Flexible working with remote first work culture. The company culture is built to support everyone and within business work hours unless the job description suggests otherwise. - Transparency and candid approach to issues and matters in the business. - Opportunity to learn and work with the best in the industry - You get a MacBook Pro with an iPhone as work tools or a nice spec Dell Linux machine if you are a dev.

Cons

Not sure if I’d class this as a Con but like any growing business the pace is quite fast and that translates eventually into your individual thirst for growth. The other area is benefits, it’s not because the business isn’t working on it, but wants to have equal playing field for all colleagues in the business and same level of benefits. Still you get excellent holidays (30 days) and full access to Udemy. Also pension and share options, which is great!

Pros

Seriously some of the smartest and nicest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Great culture and the technology is the real deal so it's nice to be able to position solutions to clients you know you can deliver.

Cons

UK headquartered company that is still growing in the US. Target market is large banks who can be slow to move

Pros

Colleagues are incredibly intelligent and motivated, but their efforts are consistently undermined by a lack of support from management.

Cons

Recent layoffs were handled poorly, with no regard for the individuals affected. I was laid off and my manager never even spoke to me to say goodbye. In fact, management doesn't inform anyone when someone is let go, so you usually only find out when someone's account is deactivated. The CEO appears out of their depth and lacks a clear vision for the company. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. While the work itself was engaging, the toxic culture ultimately outweighs any positives.
