Pros

Employee benefits are quite good, better than most local companies. Employee insurance is paid for by the company and you can pay subsidized premiums for your family dependents. Company also offer Employee Stock Purchase Plans(ESPP) once you passed the probation period.

Cons

Salaries for most of the employees(except management level) are lower than industry benchmarks. Work-life balance is minimal. Will prefer to hire foreigners than locals unless they run out of foreign pass quotas. Employee turn-over-rate is quite high in non-admin departments.

4/3 Compressed Work week allowed us to have every other week 4 days off

Cons

Training process lacked structure and clear measurable testing that demonstrated employee actually knew the new skills that was required.
