      Pros

      Privately held company with some serious and well qualified people running the helm. I would say this is one of the better managed companies out there.

      Cons

      The downsides for working at Formula as just the same as any other company. Expecting long hours from workers with minimal pay. Also the turnover rate is high due to the low pay.
