Pros
There are no pros unless experienced in getting people from super markets to sign up for a charity that you don’t even work for.
Cons
Never earnt a single penny for 2 weeks work. All commission, no hourly rate of pay, don’t get people to sign up for stuff walk home after 10hours work with nothing. You are expected to be at the office for 8am and do team building exercises then travel to local shopping centres (paid by yourself) and hassle passers by to sign up for things they don’t wanna sign up for. You scam people and pretend you work for charities and sales pitch people when you don’t even work for the charity. You could be in the supermarket from 10am - 5pm a day and earn nothing, all your own money spent on travel. This job breaks you, it’s not a job at all. I remember going home and crying every night I was 19 years old and just wanted my first job and some money and I never made anything. 2 weeks of travelling and working Monday - Friday paid for all travel expenses myself and never made a penny. You get pushed and pushed to make a sale and vulnerable people who can’t get people to sign up get broken down till they can do it. The management never organised me a penny back not even travel expenses I left that job after two weeks and spent all the money I had left to make a go of the job there is no job. Please don’t apply for it that’s exactly what it is. People who are good at sales go out and do it and make good money but people who are young and foolish and think they can work for nothing if they arnt run.
