      Pros

      - I worked with awesome people on the account side - Market Research dept was very good - Salary was good - They want to get better.....just don't know how

      Cons

      - They don't do real advertising (no real creative agency experience) - Presentations are from a college level vs experts - Lack of real agency experience (more of a medida buying company) - Top management is extremely dated in their thinking of what advertising is today

      Pros

      Great place to learn the ins and outs of the agency business. Given the small size, you get hands-on experience with all facets of marketing.

      Cons

      Office location isn't ideal - pretty much requires driving.
