      Good pay, remote work, and good people

      Cons

      lack of leadership and a vision, and lack of ability to execute on creating viable product. Morale and accountability were almost non-existent. Had no performance reviews, no cost of living raises.

      salary, benefits and the flexible schedule are truly great. I also enjoyed working with everybody there

      - Had a good staff before they laid off half the company and shut down the studios they acquired

      Cons

      - Blockchain scam - Buys studios and shuts them down, destroying hundreds of jobs for hardworking developers
