Forth’s core values include advancing racial equity, diversity, and inclusion, practicing empathy and respect, and centering our people. In an anonymous survey last year, 71% of our employees agreed or strongly agreed that “The leadership team at Forth models and uplifts the organization’s core values” while 26% were neutral and only 3% disagreed or strongly disagreed. While no organization or leader is perfect, Forth continuously strives to do better and create an inclusive environment where all staff are respected and valued for their unique talents and contributions. There are channels to report any concerns or missteps, and our leadership and dedicated Human Resources team are committed to resolving any such reports.
