Pros

- New technologies to learn, only when they work as they should!!

Cons

/ Very stressful job / Low staff headcount vs high volume of calls and tickets / They will squeeze the juice out of you / You got a pile of tickets that you do not have time to solve due to managers keep pushing you new tickets and keep pushing you to take calls from queue all day long. / Manager only goal is to achieve the call wait time. / Stay away from this toxic job if you can. /System is full of bugs--your job is to report and fix bugs. /Poor written documentation is an extremely big issue.. You do not know expected behavior, only person knows the expected behavior is the one who wrote the code!!!

Pros

Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

Cons

Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
