Pros
- Decent Pay
- Benefits (Medical, PTO, Life, etc)
- At the facility level it's a pretty decent place to work
Cons
- Trying to get anything done 'up top' will take exponentially longer than it should.
- A lot of condescension from the higher management. e.x. I'm a maintenance guy, my facility has critical roof issues. Corporate tells me, indirectly, from an email to someone else, that those issues aren't critical. I'm the one who has 12+ years experience in this subject, don't talk to me like I know nothing.
- Trying to get assistance of any sort from corporate, it will take quite some time.
