Cons
1. MANAGEMENT - Telling the crew to do things that get us yelled at by customers and then aren’t there to back us up when in need or sticking up for the customer, e.g. telling us to park every single car in the drive thru as we only have a 20 second window to present the food??? how am I supposed to hand out drinks and food in 20 seconds. Then the customer complains and my manager runs off before I can get him leaving me to deal with them. 2. Holds - Obviously the customer still has to get their food, so that then takes two members of staff off the floor and out taking the holds leaving us more understaffed. 3- A couple of managers are straight up bullies they are rude and hostile towards staff, when we are just trying to do our best while they stand at the side (in the way) and dictate.
