Pros

A really chill place to work at, extremely nice and friendly people. You spend most time just coming and gong to office, lots of events thoughout the year. ARE sessions for people who need their hours to keep their license. Full benifits, dental, health, retirement (401k) + additional retirement benifits after you been at the company for 3 years via ESOP, which is dependent on the companies stock value at the time of your retirement (and is completely separete from 401K). As well as short and long term disability.

Cons

None that I can think off, other than pay could perhaps be a bit higher, in a place with rising cost of living such as Orlando.

Pros

Good all around people, no one wants to see someone fail. Fun culture, they've made it a point to engage everyone with decency. Good location to drive to and from. If you're a new graduate/junior, this is a good place to get your feet wet in the architectural realm.

Cons

If you are looking to truly design, this is not the place. Forum has a pretty defined idea of creating multi-family projects that have followed the same production level for a very long time. Junior/Mid staff rarely *design* anything. The work is repetitive but also stable. If you're new to architecture, it's a good place to delve into building construction because school barely taught anything about that. Just know the priority there is production and not design (and that's okay, you can learn a lot at production firms). Career growth here is very inconsistent among staff too, some people don't get promoted at all until its too late.
