Pros
The people are nice and there was frequent trainings in place (possibly due to the damming FRC report last year), however they make sure there is sufficient trainings being done. Some managers are sensitive to the fact that juniors have exams, so they may be accommodating to this. Depending on what client you are on there are some hybrid options
Cons
- Managers are not engaging and can be quite dismissive. - Often I hear from everyone and have experienced myself that there are unrealistic deadlines being set consistently. No matter how many times this has been brought up no action has been taken. - 'Hybrid' way of working was not followed, often if your from the Milton Keynes office you have to come in the London office everyday.
