Are you interested in a job where there is little to no recognition or positive motivation from leadership to do well?
How about a job where the rules are difficult to interepret and they change in a weekly basis, not to mention based on who you ask?
What if the job offered help that was really senior workers and QA reporting back to your leaders all the errors you are making?
Still not convinced??
What if the job came with one of the worst learning curves around?
Or how about being treated terribly if you get wrong one of 37 things you have to do each day and can't possibly keep it all straight but those are the demands by management?
What if you came into an oranization that had an inspiring impact code but soon you found out it was not worth the paper it is printed on?
But wait. There's more.
How about if you get updates stating you and all your coworkers are not working hard enough or seeing enough people and getting them employed fast enough but you eat your lunch at your desk and try not to drink fluids so you can minimize bathroom breaks?
And what if the job was working with people who had so many problems in their lives that getting and keeping a job long term was close to impossible?
And there is supposed to be an open door policy but when corporate comes for a visit, you aren't encouraged or given time to ask questions?
But what if your leaders just stated that the problem was you and not the job- nevermind the crazy turnover in the case manager role!
Is that not a great place to work?
