Pros
The company is small but growing like crazy! When I started there were 14 of us and 6 months later we are about to hire number 30. Although the growth is rapid, the upper management keeps the team very involved in the hiring process to ensure we are picking people who will work hard and fit into our culture. The people who work here are by far my favorite part of the job. Although most people are working from home, I love how open, helpful, and kind everyone is. I changed industries and am trying to work my way into the production department. Everyone has been so great about helping me learn, answering questions, and letting me shadow meetings. The culture is great and I have really enjoyed getting to know everyone. We have weekly Friday Happy Hour on Zoom, as well as a monthly "Gal's Night" for the women of the company to get together virtually and catch up, I am also part of our weekly office DnD game!
Cons
As stated before, we are growing rapidly-- so I feel like we are still working out some of the kinks and are ironing out our processes and making sure they scale. The biggest con for me is not specifically company related, but rather the effects Covid-19. To accommodate for the growth we moved into a larger space, but very few people get to enjoy our new office space. :(
