      It’s the worst company I have ever experienced. Team is shrinking like anything.

      Don’t be swayed by the positive reviews crafted by corporate PR. Here’s an honest and genuine review Office Politics: Rampant and toxic. High Salary, No Satisfaction: While they may offer a competitive salary, there’s no mental satisfaction or workplace harmony. Worst Career Experience: In my career, I have never encountered a company this bad. Hopeless Work Culture: Overwork, lack of growth, rude behavior, overwhelming pressure, and endless politics make the work environment unbearable—money alone cannot justify enduring this. Uncertainty: Employees can be terminated without any prior notice. No Annual Salary Hikes: Raises are not automatic. You must negotiate with your manager, and even then, there’s no guarantee. Management Pressure: Overloaded work combined with constant pressure from management, who seem to contribute little beyond troubling employees. Lack of Respect and Teamwork: Both among team members and between employees and management, mutual respect is lacking. Even after years of working together, significant gaps remain. Joining Here Equals Bad Luck: If you still choose to join this company despite these issues, it might mark the beginning of a tough phase in your life. A Word of Caution: I’ve spent significant time compiling these points to ensure you don’t have to endure the suffering I experienced here. Make an informed decision and proceed with caution.

It felt like stepping into a dysfunctional sitcom, except instead of laughs, there were just constant headaches. Prejudice and Bias: From the very beginning, it was clear that advancement wasn't based on merit. Favoritism ran rampant, and promotions seemed to depend on who you knew rather than what you knew. Micromanagement Hell: Every step you took was monitored and scrutinized. Forget about any sense of autonomy. You'll be asked to justify every keystroke, stifling any creativity or problem-solving skills. Unprofessionalism at its Finest: These weren't IT professionals; they were a collection of immature bullies. Expect unprofessional language, gossip, and constant bickering. Technical Knowledge?
