Unrealistic change management structure. Unwilling to add and promote people to address the desired strategic growth. Smoke and mirrors to protect a small batch of top management who fear exposure to lack of knowledge to get the job done. One more round of capital equity and failed initiative launches and CEO will finally have to roll some heads and restructure the leadership.
