Once hired, staff are expected to do the work of 8 people without going over 40 hours. HR and Upper Management expect staff to work themselves to death for low pay and little chance of promotion or living at a normal lifestyle level, and then will terminate you without cause, leaving staff in bad positions because they dedicated themselves to a low paying company that could care less about it's staff. Professionalism and Compassion to families is frowned upon. The company motto is take their money and run. Puts licensed staff's licenses at risk daily by using non licensed staff to do jobs that require licenses. Financially unstable company.
