When you don’t have to be on phones the work is therapeutic The physical office location is perfect Going remote makes the job more rewarding
Cons
The pay does not reflect what is expected of you The fact that they say a bachelors is preferred when the pay reflects what a college student makes part time is disrespectful to what it takes to get a degree, making rss have to handle phone volume shouldn’t be part of their workflow, when phones are added the role is basically that of a glorified secretary that’s expected to do more work and work more hours without an appropriate pay rate to show it. It’s like a call center with its current structure(or when I left it was) another company bought them I think so things might’ve changed but I doubt it.
