      Incredibly resilient and helpful staff Working within a team here really prepares you to work anywhere Lots of freedom in terms of when/how you get things done

      The environment breeds quick burnout mostly due to outside forces If this is not your desired field it is incredibly difficult to get out of You will be hit by patients and you don’t truly understand the toll that takes on you until you feel yourself go numb to it

      Not safe. Lack of support when dealing with aggressive children limited access to meaningful resources. Poor management.
