I have never felt more under appreciated in any work environment in all my years of employment. They have absolutley no interest in staff welfare just what they can invoice the client. From what I have gathered doing an online course gives you the ability to have Senior management skills and be able to treat people however you like.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
