      Mutuelle et offres CSE intéressantes. Entreprise qui accepte des collaborateurs avec ou sans expériences et de tout âge. Excellente entreprise pour être formée dans la relation client, notamment la relation client à distance.

      Cons

      Management catastrophique qui consiste à mettre la pression aux collaborateurs pour limiter les durées de communication et prendre plus d'appels. Rémunération très basse.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
