      They pay you on time, the hours are ok. they dont give you a stupid uniform to wear, and they have heating

      well Where do I start nicknamed Shitel its obvious what its like. Evrything is timed so wooo betide you in u need the toilet for more than 3 mins. its just a little Stop gap place untill u get a proper job really.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
