Cons
Training days were changed,then training reduced by a week. I.T. ISSUES EVERYDAY and the I.T. department has little or no clue what to do(Zlink program & Avaya phones don't work properly. You have to log in an hour early-on your own time-just to load all the sites/programs you need. Trainers/Supervisors do NOT respond to emails requesting assistance. I am not happy at all.
