Pros

People are friendly, you learn a lot with colleagues and management. It's a great place to work if you want to gain some experience in this area of business. Wages are paid on time.

Cons

Lack of conditions for the staff regarding lockers, hangers and cafeteria. Building lacks maintenance and facilities such as bathrooms and elevators don't work properly. Although there are shifts at night and week ends there is no cleaning so its easy to find piles of garbage on every corner. There is a huge lack of communication between human resources and management from the different projects meaning that working issues are only solved if you keep pushing back until someone listens. Many of the projects are suppose to have rotating shifts and days off but RTAs just copy paste you schedule disregarding your preferences and you rarely get weekends off as well. The shift rotation and the days off sometimes they are in breach of Portuguese law in relation to bank holidays and time off between shifts.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
