Pros

The CEO is team and family oriented and throws regular company parties where family is welcome. There is a nice work/life balance and schedules can adjust to fit your needs. Most people are nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Annual raises are non-existent except for senior management. When someone quits, they are not replaced. Instead their duties are redistributed to others to save money. No one wants to make any decisions or set policies and procedures for fear of being accountable. Very few follow them as it is so there is not much point. The company has outdated equipment and furniture. I currently sit in a broken chair and am waiting for someone else to quit so I can snag theirs!

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
