Pros

Work from home. Diversity. A screen and monitor are provided by SITEL

Cons

Mismanagement, extremely bad pay, they say it starts at 16$\hr but you got MTO which stands for mandatory time off every single along with LOW LUNCH which is mandatory long lunch and that is unpaid so you would only end up working 60-65 hours bi-weekly and sometimes even less than that. Help is not provided often times when needed in the Chat rooms that they’re provided so you would end up wondering what to do and what to provide the caller with most of the time and raising your AHT which is your call time and then getting coached that your AHT is very high. Custumer’s are extremely aggressive and humiliating and often times angry and there is literally no one to appreciate that hard work that you constantly do in any way wether it’s your coaches , managers or customers. There has been months were I literally could not afford my rental because of MTO/LOW LUNCH and if you get sick here’s the biggest problem you won’t get paid for your sick days no matter if it’s only 1 day and they’ll still give you mandatory time off and there is no way to make up that time because if you try to on your day off they will also give you MTO if there are no enough callers. Please be careful when choosing your employers and if you have set goals or you’re trying to save money do not consider SITEL because i can assure you will be highly disappointed.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
