Pros

The training and trainers were great, some of the coaches were great as well

Cons

I was with one campaign which was outsourced the campaign they put in afterward was not fun. my co workers were great but there were and probsbly still are too many chiefs and not enough indians. I was going thru a personal issue, a recent death in the family and was having a very hard time dealing with it, it was affecting my work performance. Well my coach and I discussed it and he understood. He said take all the time you need and come back when you're ready, we'll out you as temporary LOA. two weeks later i called to come back and was told I would not be rehired. That was a mean thing to do since up to that time I was doing great.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
