Pros

Stable salary, good accounting team. Salary never fails and rarely is mistaken. Good clients and engaging campaigns allow the opportunity to work with some big names.

Cons

Low pay, constantly trying to pay as low a salary as possible. During the pandemic, while there were companies providing extra money to assist with the increased bills of water light, and gas, Sitel was trying to cut their people from having a meal allowance as if we don't have to eat if we are working remote.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
