      Pros

      Immediate direct supervisors on my campaign have been terrific and really have your back as long as they can see you are putting reasonable effort. Work at home

      Cons

      IT: rare to find a rep that knows a power cord from a piece of string . Advice such as "your browser and window tabs are overheating" or telling you to turn off your computer so they can "check something on the back end" are extremely common. HR: completely and utterly 100% incompetent. They have lost action request emails, failed to provide time sensitive documents without supervisor getting involved and outright ignore or "fail to understand " so therefore don't answer pertinent questions about further needed steps.

      Pros

      Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

      Cons

      You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
