Pros

Work at home - get paid regularly.

Cons

Insanely difficult and stressful for major retail online orders--very few bonuses for anyone, disorganized leadership on your back every second, disconnect from the 'client' with no discounts stated early on but expected to dole out accommodations left and right for customers. Too little pay ($9.00) for this type of work. For me, too much mystery surrounding pay raise/health benefits time frame-

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
