Pros

working at home is a plus

Cons

Horrible training, the systems were always down learned no hands on until we were left on our own, you ask for help and it literally takes forever to get any. Angry customers calling constantly because the warehouse can't deliver the right items.systems constantly freezes up its hard to do a job properly when you don't have the proper tools worst job I ever had. A joke we need to deescalate all calls so that the supervisors aren't bothered by the screaming customers, its easier said that done.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
