Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of working from home, as well as the ability to trade shifts and sign up for extra hours. These are some of the aspects we offer to help create a supportive and adaptable work environment. We also understand your concerns regarding strict call policies and the challenges of staying seated during work hours. While these policies are designed to ensure consistent service quality for our customers, we truly value employee comfort and well-being. Your input is important to us, and we’ll continue exploring ways to strike a better balance while maintaining company standards. Kim at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
