      Pros

      Excellent Solution Consultants, Pay is good.

      Cons

      Leadership does not trust sales. Change strategy almost quarterly. CEO has a 3.0 approval rating for a reason. Any, and I mean any positive reviews are posted by leadership to counter the real life/accurate toxic environment. Company has not hit quota in 14 consecutive quarters. Slack exists for leadership to see who is working. Use GONG and other employee activity monitoring solutions.

      Benefits are pretty good for the most part

      Cons

      Company changes directions every week. You’ll be on Zoom with someone then see they’re deactivated because they got fired. There are no “working hours”. You work all the time.
