Pros

Fountain used to be a cool place to work that was focused on employee happiness. That is no longer. Most of the people were great to work with, and benefits were decent.

Cons

During my time there they had several (at least 3) rounds of major layoffs, but there would be trickling quiet layoffs almost weekly at one point. Almost everyone working there is in daily fear for their job, unless you’re one of their coveted star performers, (aka you do flashy things that don’t matter and show them to the right people). There is a general sentiment that your job could be eliminated at any moment. Senior leadership has no idea what it’s doing. It’s no wonder that’s the case though, the turnover in senior leadership is insane. If they don’t drink the Kool-Aid, they’re let go. The CEO then hoists up people who have absolutely no experience or business being in a position of leadership to fill those positions. Projects are often abandoned midway through, and they reorganize their departments almost bi-monthly. They monitor employees that take more than 3 weeks of their “unlimited PTO” They offer employees a severance for you to quit of your own accord — which should say all you need to know about working here.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good for the most part

Cons

Company changes directions every week. You’ll be on Zoom with someone then see they’re deactivated because they got fired. There are no “working hours”. You work all the time.
