Pros
You will learn hard work (but it will not be the only thing in this company that will get you promotion),You will get a good knowledge about Bangalore real estate ,Good Crowd ,Good Salary (If it comes on time),Small company( you have good chance to get promotion if everything goes good),Good incentive (If it is paid on time or even paid),No or less Hierarchy ,ideas are welcomed.
Cons
Very Late salary, Incentives are not paid on time or you should forget incentive,Forget your PF and Incentive once you leave the company,HR does a good job of hiring good people but after that she is not allowed to do anything by herself.Unrealistic targets for Marketing and Sales team ,CEO has knowledge about almost everything in the world but will not lead from front .He is good in motivating and giving lectures.He is good boss but not a good leader (Box of big promises,COO ( i will not even talk about him ) ,Feedback is not welcomed at all ,All the previous employees have left (very attrition rate,minimum two people every month)
No or very less respect ,No work life balance ,Fake promises,Most of the good employees have left or will be leaving in another month or so.
