The culture is extremely toxic The husband and wife running things provides a very big conflict of interest, as the wife is the CEO and the husband is the CFO. However, he completely runs the show and believes everyone is replaceable. The company will cut your pay for no valuable reason and give you a bigger work load. The turnover in the companyis extremely high, and with reason!! The HR department has seen a complete turnover 3 times withing the last few years I could go on and on truly, but I would rather not rehash all of the mental stress not that I am in an amazing work environment with a new company.
