Pros
1. Friendly and warm colleagues 2. Handle many accounts (if account servicing is your thing) 3. Taxi fare is taken care of when you leave work after 10pm or go out to meet clients. 4. Can say got nice clients who are understanding. 5. Pantry always got nice snacks.
Cons
1. No proper contract for payment increment so you might not get paid the agreed terms when the time comes. 2. No proper calculation of sales commission and takes a very long time to calculate and pay accordingly. 3. No overtime payment and the boss comes in very late, then you have to wait also to go through things with him, can wait for him for hours. 4. When boss is late for client meetings, must make excuses for him to the client. 5. When suppliers or influencers are owed money, they harass us for months because there is no answer from main management. 6. No proper system in place for HR, finance, welfare, work in general. 7. Not appreciated enough for work. If you do good, you’re praised. If you do not do up to what was expected, then will get blamed for it when you were not consulted on the results promised to client. 8. Company meetings can go on for 2 to 3 hours when can finish in 30 minutes.
