      Pros

      125 year old bourbon distiller. Outstanding product, on a steep upward growth climb rebuilding market share in US. Lovely historic distillery building and beautiful grounds with new visitor center/gift shop. Some staff well versed in the bourbon industry.

      Cons

      Need to hire more permanent staff instead of heavy use of temporary help. With rapid growth need to expand perm. sales force along with support staff, and staff home office appropriately to handle expanding sales.

      Pros

      I have many years in the spirits industry but especially love being with Four Roses. It's very genuine, and I feel most people are humble. Not a lot of fan-fair but it's a solid brand. I have a great Manager so my view may be skewed, but it seems most people are happy here.

      Cons

      I'm hoping the recent sale with Gallo with only be beneficial for the company.
