Both owners of the company truly care for each employee. They care personally and professionally and are always looking for ways to support your success. Management has a non-restrictive open door policy, meaning they welcome any issue an employee may be dealing with. The support from management and the expert leadership from our directors make Fourth Wall Events a great company to learn and grow at any experience level.
Also, the NYC office was just completely renovated and reflects the creative company that we are.
Cons
FWE is not for everyone. A lot of people want a job where they are only involved in their department, are not at work to make friends, want to collect their paycheck and give a slight nod to the receptionist on the way out - You will not find that here and we are very upfront about it. This is a highly-functional family of professionals that understands that you will spend just as much, if not more time with your co-workers than your family during your professional career. With knowing that, we are relentlessly positive team members that make each other’s work environment welcoming, supportive and friendly. Our biggest “con” is that there are some people who do not want to work in this type of environment and it leads to them being unhappy in a sea of very happy people.
